This includes resistance training, sports, dance, yoga, martial arts, and the movements of everyday life, such as doing laundry, house cleaning, gardening, driving, and time spent in an office or studio setting.

Some clients seek a deeper understanding of fitness training, nutrition, acupressure, and stress management. Others simply want a safe, enjoyable, and invigorating experience. Both approaches are welcomed and supported.
